With mortgage rates changing on a daily basis we are able to research the most up to date rates including deals that are only available direct to you from the lender. As a member of Sesame, the largest network of Independent Financial Advisers in the UK,we also have exclusive deals that are not available directly from the High Street lenders.

We can arrange mortgages for:

• First time buyers
• Home movers
• Remortgaging either to save money or raise capital (e.g. home improvements, school or university fees, a wedding or a second home)

All initial consultations are free of charge although we may charge a nominal fee of £295 for our advice and recommendations if you instruct us to proceed. If we arrange your mortgage for you there will be no additional fee although we may receive commission from the lender.

Alternatively, if you prefer, we can arrange your mortgage for you on a 'fee only' basis. The precise amount will depend on circumstances. However, this will typically be 0.5% of the mortgage amount and any lender commission will be rebated back to you.
