All initial consultations are free. Depending on your circumstances we may charge you a nominal fee of £295 for our advice and the recommendations if you instruct us to proceed. If we arrange your mortgage for you there will be no additional fee although we may receive a commission from the lender. Alternatively, if you prefer, we can arrange your mortgage for you on a 'fee only' basis, the precise amount will depend on the circumstances. However, this will typically be 0.5% of the mortgage amount and any lender commission will be rebated back to you. The FSA does not regulate some forms of buy to let mortgages.
